UGA – The Fuller Division
Field Representative Training
UGA-The Fuller Division provides comprehensive training to all new Field Representatives, both in the classroom and in the field. The three and a half day classroom training generally runs from a Tuesday through a Friday in the Fuller Division offices in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. After classroom training, Field Representatives continue their training on the job, meeting with customers accompanied by their district managers and meeting individually with managers on a regular basis.
The Fuller Division training covers all aspects of the association benefits and MEGA's
insurance as well as UGA’s proven sales and marketing techniques. It also provides
an excellent overview of the Life, Health and Disability industries.
