Job Description
The Fuller Division of UGA is currently seeking to add Field Representatives to our teams in
MA, ME and NH. In this position, the right candidate will be responsible for marketing
and selling affordable and highly competitive health and related insurance products in addition to
business, personal and financial benefit programs to the country’s fastest growing
business segment—the self-employed small business owner.
The Fuller Division has been UGA’s number one sales producing division in the
country six out of the last seven years. This achievement is due to a highly dedicated
and knowledgeable management team. As an Independent Contractor with UGA, you
run your own business without being alone, as you will have the complete support
infrastructure, extensive training and lead generation provided from this highly
regarded management team.
We are experiencing tremendous growth and need individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have wanted to work for yourself, this opportunity is one of a kind. Sales Representatives have unrestricted territories. Representatives are free to develop their business according to their own schedule.
Qualifications:
We need goal-oriented sales professionals that can effectively communicate with
customers. The right candidates will be highly motivated by financial success.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are necessary, as well as a
strong work ethic.
